Blog #2: Desgin

My blog is desinged with lighter more vibrate colors to appeal to the eye more. While they aren't distracting neon but more deeper colors like purple and green. I think the purple and green have a unique contrast giving the visual effect more vibrate appeal. The green gives a nature kind of feel. Nature is a big thing to me. Growing up in the South we spent a lot of time out in the woods and playing outside. There is nothing that makes you feel more connected to yourself when your outside with the warm sun beating on your face and blue skies above. Its a zen feeling and I think everyone should connect theirselves to nature in that way. For the font I used a simple, yet bold 'Merriweather'. While its not distracting like the hand written ones that appear less professional its color gives it a casual kind of feel to it.
